Accountant Cum Office Assistant basavanagudi, bengaluru/bangalore 0 - 31 years INR 1.8 - 2.4 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads. Explain products/services, offers, and schemes to customers. Maintain a database of calls, leads, and customer interactions. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or site visits. Achieve monthly call and sales targets. Accounts:Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses). Prepare and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments. Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients for collections. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports. Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when required. Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration (preferred) Good communication skills (English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred) Basic knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / Accounting software Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Positive attitude and willingness to learn Work Timings:Days: Monday to Saturday Timing: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM (or as per company policy) Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience Professional growth and learning opportunities
