Job Description: Lead Generator – International B2B Sales (Leather Footwear) Company Overview Nexa International is a premium leather footwear export company based in India. We craft and deliver high-quality shoes, from ethically sourced leather to international buyers, including retailers, private label brands, and distributors. As we plan to expand our global operations to the USA, we're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Lead Generator to help us build our B2B customer base. Job Summary The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential international buyers of leather shoes. The role involves weekly lead delivery, close collaboration with our sales team, and contributing to the conversion process of inbound and outbound leads. Key Responsibilities - Research and generate 200–250 verified leads per week of B2B buyers in the USA and other export markets - Build organised lead lists with complete data (Name, Role, Email, LinkedIn, Website, Company Info) - Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and trade directories - Coordinate with the sales & business development team to hand over warm leads - Maintain lead data in Google Sheets or CRM tools - Help in identifying high-quality prospects that match our buyer persona (e.g., wholesalers, Amazon sellers, private label brands) Lead Quality Expectations - Verified email addresses and LinkedIn profiles - Relevant roles: sourcing managers, importers, brand owners, distributors - US-based focus initially, with expansion to the EU - Organised submission of leads weekly - Accuracy rate of at least 90% Qualifications - Prior experience in B2B lead generation or export sales research - Familiarity with the footwear/fashion industry is a plus - Proficiency in using lead gen tools and online databases - Strong research, organisation, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Deliverables & Compensation - Weekly submission of 200–250 high-quality leads - Well-organised Excel or Google Sheets format - Compensation: Fixed monthly retainer - Optional incentives for qualified meetings or successful deal closures How to Apply Please send your CV attached with a cover letter explaining why we should hire you to apeksha@nexainternational.co.in.
