Title: Asst. Manager (Imports) CTC: INR 5 - 6 Lac per annum all-inclusive less statutory deductions. Reports To: Board of Directors Responsibilities: 1) Act as the point of contact for international suppliers and vendors on all matters related to ordering, pricing, and import documentation. 2) Place orders with international vendors based on order projections received from Logistics/ Stores. 3) Follow up with international vendors on dispatch status and import documentation. Collect and process all import and shipping related documentation (Bill of Lading etc.). 4) Act as main point of contact for the companys Customs Brokers, C&F Agents, and coordinate all required document handovers. 5) Work with Dispatch and Logistics/ Procurement personnel to ensure all imported material is cleared by customs and reaches our 3PL warehouse on time and within cost. 6) Manage import, shipping and clearing costs to stay within the budget provided by the Finance Division. 7) Arrange for Shippers, DO Agent, CFS Agent for ex-works orders within the company cost structure. Qualifications: 1) MBA/ MCom/ MIMM (Masters in Material Management) is a MUST. 2) 2+ years’ experience coordinating imports with international stakeholders in a sales and imports focused company. 3) Desire to learn and grow rapidly. 4) Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. 5) Knowledge of imports, customs and clearing processes is a definite asset.

Responsible for Systems and Spares sales coordination between GM, Customers, Vendors, and Engineering Teams 2. Follow up directly with Customers for RFQs for industrial systems and spares. 3. Obtain, Prepare and assess customer's AutoCAD drawings to initiate quotation generation. Assess and advise the customer of modifications to save time and cost. 4. Coordinate with system and components vendors both domestic and international for component pricing. 5. Compile quotation based on obtained vendor pricing + standard value addition and fulfilment terms. Send to Finance for Authorization. 6. Send authorized quotation to the requesting customer with cc to the GM Projects, and Board of Directors. 7.
