Job Title: Female Ground Reporter
Location: Vaishali, Bihar (Field-Based)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Report on political, social, and local civic issues directly from the ground
• Cover political rallies, press meets, public protests, and community events
• Conduct street interviews, vox pops, and live ground reporting
• Highlight real issues and voices of the local people
• Speak confidently on camera and deliver impactful content
• Collaborate with the editing and content team
• Contribute to digital platforms like YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels

Eligibility / Skills Required:

• Female candidates only
• Background in Journalism or Mass Communication preferred (not mandatory)
• Strong verbal communication in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
• Confident on camera and comfortable with public interaction
• Aware of political and social issues in Bihar
• Owning a smartphone with camera and mic is an advantage
• Willing to travel within the district
