4. Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, English languages is required. At least 12 to 15 years of experience working in Marathi Newspaper. At least five years of experience in the post of Chief Sub Editor. Experience in editing news pages on the desk and proficiency in translation is required.
5. Must have knowledge of attractive newspaper layout.
6. Analyzing important events, rigorous analysis of burning issues, a scholarly perspective, and the ability to use modern technology to conduct interviews, Must have the ability to provide scholarly news on topics such as politics, social work, education, culture, cyber and modern crime, and independent writing.
7. Must have team building skills and the ability to maintain good coordination between desk and reporting.
