News Anchor

As a News Anchor, you will be responsible for delivering daily news segments, conducting interviews, and presenting stories in a clear, professional, and engaging manner. You will work closely with our editorial and video teams to ensure factual accuracy and high production quality. Your responsibilities include presenting news stories on-camera in a clear and compelling way, reading from a teleprompter or scripted notes with confidence and clarity, collaborating with producers and scriptwriters to prepare news segments, conducting live or recorded interviews with guests and subject-matter experts, maintaining a professional on-camera presence and appearance, and staying updated with current events and trending topics. To excel in this role, you must have excellent spoken communication skills in both Hindi and English, a confident and clear on-camera presence, a strong interest in current events, journalism, or broadcasting, the ability to think on your feet and handle live situations professionally, and prior experience in anchoring or public speaking is a plus. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with teleprompters, microphones, and studio equipment. The educational requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Broadcast Media, or a related field. Previous experience in News broadcasting or journalism is often preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provided and Provident Fund.
