Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram/ Pune/ Jamshedpur/ Agra/ Chennai for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for managing installation at project sites with installation teams providing technical support and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves staying at site locations and visiting client sites to install doors and windows till project completion. The job is transferable. Qualifications Experience of 1 - 2 years in Field Service is preferred Proven ability in providing Technical Support will be added skill Strong Customer Service skills Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Relevant technical qualifications and certifications Experience in the building products industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Science or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical
