Location Onsite: Uppal, Near Yes Bank, Uppal Kalan, Hyderabad, Telangana Position Summary We are seeking a highly energetic and tenacious IT & Non-IT Recruiter responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of openings. The key measure of success in this role is the ability to source, screen, and engage a high volume of candidates, specifically by making a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day. This is an onsite role requiring strong commitment, excellent communication, and a passion for hitting daily/weekly targets. Key Roles & Responsibilities High-Volume Calling & Screening (Core Responsibility): Execute a minimum of 100 quality outbound calls daily to potential candidates from various sources (job boards, database, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial phone screening and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability, technical skills (for IT roles), functional fit (for Non-IT roles), communication ability, and compensation expectations. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for both IT (e.g., Developers, Testers, Analysts) and Non-IT (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support) positions. Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job portals, professional networking sites (LinkedIn), internal databases, and other creative sourcing techniques to generate a robust and continuous pipeline of candidates. Candidate Management: Schedule interviews, manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback, and guide candidates professionally through all stages of the recruitment process. Collaboration: Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand specific job requirements, urgency, and candidate profiles for different verticals. Offer & Onboarding: Assist in salary negotiations, preparation of offer letters, and ensuring a smooth pre-boarding and joining process. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) is required. Experience: [Insert required experience, e.g., 6 months to 3 years] of experience in Domestic Recruitment, preferably handling both IT and Non-IT roles. Target Driven: Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment with a focus on daily call volumes and weekly closure targets.
