New Technology Coordinator

As a diligent Research and Development Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough research in order to identify cutting-edge manufacturing technologies such as Industry 4.0, Data analytics, and AI/ML that are in line with the company's objectives. Your keen evaluation skills will be crucial in assessing the potential impact of these new technologies on production efficiency, product quality, and overall business performance. You will be tasked with designing and implementing Proof of Concepts (POCs) to assess various solution options within specified time constraints. Your ability to prepare comparative studies on these solution options and recommend the most optimal ones will be highly valued. Additionally, you will be required to develop project implementation scopes and roadmaps to ensure the approval of management. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of projects.
