Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Manage social media accounts and post relevant content regularly Create and send marketing emails, newsletters, and follow-up messages Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports Make calls to leads generated through digital platforms and campaigns Follow up with potential customers and explain products/services clearly Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries politely and promptly Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel Work closely with the sales and design teams to align marketing and communication efforts Assist in organizing promotions, online events, or webinars if required Stay updated with digital marketing trends and suggest improvements
