Financial Transactions & Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, Payroll, Banking).Monitor reconciliations and ensure accuracy of entries in ERP. Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts. Financial Reporting & Audit Management: Finalize company financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow). Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards and data-driven analysis for management decision-making. Conduct internal audits of stock, salary disbursements, and key transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance Prepare and coordinate audit reports (statutory, tax, internal). Ensure timely submission of financial, management, and statutory reports. Prepare bank stock statements and manage Over Draft (OD) renewal processes. Compliance & Filing: Ensure timely payment and filing of statutory dues (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).Handle scrutiny, assessments and correspondence with statutory departments. Ensure compliance with company policies, Indian Accounting Standards, and regulatory frameworks. Budgeting & Financial Planning: Lead preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts. Conduct variance analysis, margin analysis, and cost optimization reviews. Provide financial insights and data-backed recommendations for strategic planning. Drive process improvements and implementation of best practices. Team Leadership & Cross Department Co-ordination Lead, mentor, and build capability within the finance & accounts team. Set clear goals, ensure accountability, and track timely delivery of outputs. Identify training needs and enhance team performance. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and leadership teams to align financial decisions with business goals. Drive a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making within the finance function.
