The ideal candidate will come with relevant industry experience and a long-term approach toward operational excellence and process discipline. Role Overview This is a mid-level managerial role that demands strong cross-functional understanding of tobacco manufacturing, quality assurance practices, and regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end production activities, quality protocols, and overseeing Track and Trace systems implementation for key export markets including Russia, European Union, and the UAE . Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day production operations: blending, batching, filling, and packaging of hookah tobacco Monitor resource planning and coordinate with procurement, store, and dispatch teams for timely execution Implement and maintain in-process quality checks, raw material testing, and final product QC protocols Lead and manage Track and Trace systems , particularly Chestny ZNAK (Russia) , and ensure product serialization and documentation meets regulatory requirements for Russia, EU, and UAE Maintain manufacturing documentation including batch production records, COAs, SOPs, and QA reports Coordinate with the QA and Compliance teams for external audits and product registration formalities Ensure packaging material compliance (barcodes, labeling, legal texts) across all export SKUs Train floor staff and operators on SOPs, traceability workflows, and hygiene protocols Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in hookah or cigarette manufacturing Must have hands-on experience with Track and Trace systems , preferably Chestny ZNAK for Russia Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards , regulatory documentation, and process controls Proficient in production reporting, Excel, and ERP/MRP systems Must demonstrate career stability and a commitment to long-term growth Experience handling product compliance for regulated markets (EU, UAE, Russia) will be a strong advantage Excellent communication and team leadership skills Candidates from any nationality are welcome if they have the permission to work in India What We Offer A focused and driven team environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding tobacco brand Long-term stability and ownership of critical manufacturing and compliance functions

This role is suited for someone who understands the nuances of tobacco manufacturing and can ensure smooth and efficient machine operations with high-quality output. Note: This position is strictly for candidates from the tobacco industry (Hookah/Cigarette). Candidates from chewing tobacco, pan masala, or gutkha backgrounds will not be considered.
