Responsibilities Seeking an experienced SAP IS Banking Loans Management Functional Consultant with a strong background in retail and commercial banking particularly in loans and mortgage operations The ideal candidate will have handson experience in a DevOps environment and be proficient in SAP Loans Management including archiving and integration aspects Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring SAP IS Banking Loans Management and collateral modules gathering and analyzing customer business requirements to design SAP solutions using standard configurations ensuring compliance with customer and Cognizants delivery standards designing developing and deploying solutions in SAP IS Banking Loans Management and working handson as a DevOps engineer The candidate should also manage client relationships influence decisionmaking deliver projects using Agile methodologies and provide expertise in SAP loans and mortgages steering client requirements towards optimal solutions Qualifications include one full life cycle implementation of SAP Loans Management experience with SAP TRBK BP Deposit Management CMS and SEPA payment processes strong knowledge of banking processes and integration aspects proven ability to work in a DevOps environment excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills and domain experience in retail and commercial banking

Experience required: 8-12 Years Job Purpose: The individual wil be expected to liaise with the internal business teams, Partners to facilitate the implementation and support of FICO. The core of the Role is Involvement in stabilizing the recently implemented SAP HANA The other key roles are to provide support to users work with the leadership and be a single point of contact for SAP FICO queries and activities Requirements SAP S/4 HANA Certification would be preferred. At least done 4-5 end to end implementation of S/4 HANA Cloud/On Prem including migration work. Worked on multiple support projects and can handle few team members Leads workshop with customer to demonstrate and explain module functionality and best practices Needed for fit-gap analysis or blueprints. Should work closely with business to understand business requirements and design SAP solution. Formulate and create functional specification documentation, in close working with Solution Architects Worked on modules like Accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, General ledge accounting COPA, Project system, Controlling, MM/SD integration with FI, Cash and Banking module. Experience of working in SAP FICO implementation projects from planning to go-live ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs SAC, Group reporting, Industry specific solutions, Treasury module, any localization including VAT/GST reporting, e-invoicing experience would be preferred Some exposure to ABAP is highly desirable. International project experience would be preferred. Skills And Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience in FI CO Modules on SAP HANA environment Performed FI testing (FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA, FI-GL, New Gl, CO-CCA., CO-PCA, CO-PA, CO-OCA). Experienced System configuration Should have well developed skills in the areas of Financial Accounting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Counting Profit Center Accounting to name a few. Excellent analytical, quick learning and problem-solving skills with a desire to work in a team-oriented environment. A team player with excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work both in independent and team-oriented environments with well-developed organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
