We are seeking a results-driven Sales Person with a strong background in the Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the dealer/distributor network, and building strong relationships with them. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Sales Planning & Execution Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Forecast sales volume and product demand to ensure inventory alignment. 2. Channel & Distribution Management Identify, appoint, and manage a robust network of dealers and distributors. Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure recurring orders and brand loyalty. Resolve channel conflicts and ensure adherence to company pricing and credit policies. 3. Payment & Receivables Management Ensure timely collection of payments from the market to maintain a healthy cash flow. Monitor credit limits of dealers and ensure strict adherence to credit days. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is highly preferred. Experience: Minimum [5–8] years of experience in sales. Experience in plywood industry is a plus. Skills Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
