We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager (Kolkata). Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for building and managing entire sales and distribution infrastructure for all the channels in the assigned area.Responsible for recruiting and managing the entire sales team to support the infrastructureResponsible for delivering Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Sales and Distribution objectives for the regionResponsible for implementing processes according to company policyResponsible for Primary Sales, Secondary Sales and Collections GoalsAppointment of Super Stockist and Sub Distributors as per agreed business planAppointment of Supervisors as per the business plan and timelinesAssigning the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Targets for Distribution, Productivity, Sales Volume, Visibility as per Business PlanDaily Review and Tracking with the team on agreed TargetsVisiting every super Stockist at least once a monthVisiting every Sub Distributor at least once in 3 monthsMarket Working/Store Check with every supervisor at least once a month (minimum 20 Market Working days)Delivering the collection, primary sales, secondary sales targets as per agreed plan for the regionManaging the Sub Distributor/Super Stockist claims and ensure NOC from Sub Distributor and Super Stockist every monthEnsuring the Modern Trade/Ecom Terms of Trade as per business planEnsuring No Stock out at Sub Distributor/Super Stockist/Modern TradeTraining and coaching to SupervisorsControlling the Price at every layer as per company policyEnsuring Weekly Meetings/Monthly with Sales Representative to understand the progress and support required to achieve the Sales Representative targetsReporting on the Sales Metrics to Commercial Director on Daily/Weekly/Monthly Basis
