About Us: We are a dynamic sales team from Ukraine operating in India, dedicated to selling our popular energy drink brands, NonStop and Drive. We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager (Pune (PCMC)). Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for building and managing entire sales and distribution infrastructure for all the channels in the assigned area. Responsible for recruiting and managing the entire sales team to support the infrastructure. Responsible for delivering Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Sales and Distribution objectives for the region. Responsible for implementing processes according to company policy. Responsible for Primary Sales, Secondary Sales and Collections Goals. Appointment of Super Stockist and Sub Distributors as per agreed business plan. Appointment of Supervisors as per the business plan and timelines. Assigning the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Targets for Distribution, Productivity, Sales Volume, Visibility as per Business Plan. Daily Review and Tracking with the team on agreed Targets. Visiting every Super Stockist at least once a month. Visiting every Sub Distributor at least once in 3 months. Market Working/Store Check with every Supervisor at least once a month (minimum 20 Market Working days). Delivering the collection, primary sales, secondary sales targets as per agreed plan for the region. Managing the Sub Distributor/Super Stockist claims and ensure NOC from Sub Distributor and Super Stockist every month. Ensuring the Modern Trade/Ecom Terms of Trade as per business plan. Ensuring No Stock out at Sub Distributor/Super Stockist/Modern Trade. Training and coaching to Supervisors. Controlling the Price at every layer as per company policy. Ensuring Weekly/Monthly Meetings with Sales Representatives to understand progress and support required to achieve the targets. Reporting on the Sales Metrics to Commercial Director on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis. Candidate Profile: Beverage industry experience, ideally with products priced in the INR 50100 range. Strong knowledge of the local territory and distributor network is essential. A two-wheeler or four-wheeler (bike or car) is mandatory for regular market visits and distributor coordination. Proven leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
