You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing pricing models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal pricing decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of pricing logics and strategies, and the ability to leverage advanced data analytics tools. Key Responsibilities: ❖ Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve business objectives and maintain market competitiveness. ❖ Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks. ❖ Build and maintain pricing models and tools to support data-driven decision-making. ❖ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business goals. ❖ Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing strategies, adjusting as needed. ❖ Conduct profitability analysis for new and existing products. ❖ Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to uncover insights and improve pricing strategies. ❖ Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements, including AI/ML applications in pricing. What we are looking for (Skill sets) ● Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pricing Analyst, preferably in the diamond or luxury goods industry. ● Strong understanding of pricing logics, strategies, and methodologies. ● Expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software. ● Familiarity with AI/ML applications in pricing and analytics is a significant advantage. ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Role: Senior QA Engineer 5 days w orking Locatio n : Andheri Seepz Certific a tion: ISTQB Certified (added advantage, but it is not a compulsion) Experien ce: Minimum 7 years in software quality assurance, with strong expertise in manual testing, particularly focused on website testing. Domain Expertise: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in eCommerce (eCOM) or Order Management System (OMS ) domains Additional Skills: Knowledge of automation testing is a plus Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements. Perform thorough manual testing of web applications, focusing on functionality, usability, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. Validate that new and existing features meet customer needs and business goals. Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring timely closure. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues. Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and other project meetings to provide input on potential quality risks. Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments and test data. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools. Explore opportunities to incorporate automation testing into existing processes (if applicable). Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software quality assurance. Proven expertise in manual testing of websites and web applications. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices. Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes. Experience in eCommerce or Order Management System (OMS) domains is highly preferred. Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Asana or similar. Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium equivalent is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
