About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of complex technical projects with a strong focus on Data Analytics and Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Power BI, Teams, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing cross-functional teams, driving stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-impact solutions on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for technical initiatives involving data analytics, reporting, and cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with internal and client teams to define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Manage project plans, track milestones, identify risks, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders. Coordinate closely with engineers, analysts, and platform specialists to ensure successful delivery. Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business goals and technical feasibility. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document KPIs, timelines, risks and mitigation plans. Facilitate agile ceremonies (if applicable) and enforce best practices in project delivery. Prepare regular status updates and executive reports / presentations for clients and leadership. Manage vendor coordination, budgets, and contract compliance (where applicable). Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 6+ years of project management experience in technical environments. Experience with JIRA, ADO or similar tools. Proven experience managing projects in Data Analytics, BI/Reporting, and Cloud Implementations . Experience managing complex projects with Cloud platforms , including: Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Logic Apps, etc.) AWS Power BI, Tableau Teams and SharePoint for collaboration PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC and data project lifecycles. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment. Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security concepts. We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with deep expertise in the Employee Center Pro (ECP) module to join our growing team. This role requires a blend of functional understanding, technical development , and business analysis skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing the Employee Center Pro experience for our client and their end-users. Key Responsibilities - Functional / Business Analysis Engage with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to gather and refine use cases. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows to guide development efforts. Design intuitive employee journeys using ECP capabilities such as Content Experiences, Campaigns, Topic Pages, and Federated Search. Technical Development Design and develop solutions using ServiceNows Employee Center Pro, including configuration of Topic Pages, Campaigns, Guided Experiences, Unified Navigation, and Content Automation. Customize widgets, portals, and components using Service Portal and UI Builder. Integrate ECP with other modules such as HRSD , ITSM, and custom applications. Implement and configure Knowledge Management, Service Catalogs, and Search to optimize the employee self-service experience. Platform Management & Best Practices Ensure scalable architecture, performance optimization, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Manage platform releases, upgrades, and UAT activities specific to Employee Center Pro. Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers to implement enhancements and resolve issues. Required Qualifications Work onsite 5 days/week at the client location in Mumbai, Maharashtra 4+ years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 2 years with Employee Center Pro . 6+ years of total IT experience. Proven experience in both functional and technical roles, especially within HR or IT service domains. Strong understanding of Portal Development, UI Builder, Search, and Knowledge Management. Hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Familiarity with ServiceNow CSM, HRSD, and ITSM modules is a plus. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across globally distributed teams. Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred. Employee Center Pro-specific training or certification ITIL v4 Foundation is a plus
