Role & responsibilities parlour basin mixer knowledge , Color Palette Selection , Contrast and Balance , Dry pigment Colour matching. Master batch making, color formulation develop of PVC powder with pigments. Report To Mixing manager. , Preferred candidate profile New Colour develop as per customer requirements. Additives Formulation Set-up. Colour formulation develop, Mixing process develop. Analysis of raw materials, In-process samples & finished product. Challenge with innovative idea and implement. To ensure that all are testing are done according to the approved sampling plan (in process and finished product) & Test plan (In coming raw material). Basic Knowledge of New Colour Development & Spectrometer Check Value
