You should have 1-3 years of experience in clinical trials, mental health research, or within high-growth startups. Deep understanding of behavioral science, cognitive intervention design, and hands-on experience in experimental design are essential. Excellent academic writing skills and familiarity with research tools and digital health platforms are highly valued.
