Sculpt Matrix Fitness was conceived by a prominent Paediatric Occupational Therapist, a Certified Fitness Trainer and Coach, and a dedicated, health-conscious MBA-graduate, with the idea of providing complete family fitness solutions! We have a 2000 sq ft gym space for adults and children above 16+ years (with supervision) with the latest equipment for strength training, cardio exercises, muscle building, rehab, flexibilty, etc. Apart from that we have a 1300 sq ft of exclusive Kid's Gym section designed by our in-house Pediatric Specialist so that it benefits their growth, improve their motor skills, hone social skills, create healthy habits from a young age and imrpove sleep quality.

We provide a holistic fitness guidance under the supervision of our experts present in-house, as per your goals! For adults, we have a dedicated gym space on the 1st Floor complete with all the equipment required for your complete health activities. For kids, we have specially designed gym space promoting their holistic growth promotion, whether it's physical (muscular) or cognitive (neural), or in other words, complete neuro-muscular activation fitness regimes.

Role Description

This is a full-time Neuroadaptive Fitness Coach role based in Kolkata. The role involves leading group exercises, providing fitness training, offering nutrition advice, and neuroadaptive training to neurodiverse people.

Qualifications

• Group Exercise and Fitness Training skills in any field like yoga, gym, crossfit, etc. (mandatory)
• Experience in the fitness/gym industry and equipment (not necessary, will be trained)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (mandatory)
• Certification in Personal Training or related field (not necessary)
• Knowledge of neuroadaptive fitness techniques (not necessary, will be trained)
• Ability to work with neurodiverse people(necessary, will be trained further)
