About the Role We’re hiring a Full-Stack Intern to join our high-agency, hands-on team. This is a full-time, remote internship designed for someone who's passionate about building robust and scalable applications, with a strong interest in AI technologies. You'll work directly with the founding team and contribute to developing real-world AI solutions. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain both front-end (React) and back-end (Python-based) components of our applications. Work closely with the team to integrate various AI models and APIs into systems. Contribute to the design and implementation of solution architecture, ensuring compliance readiness for future production systems. Assist in documenting workflows, data flow diagrams, and system user manuals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to technical discussions. Communicate clearly and consistently with the team about progress, blockers, and wins. What We’re Looking For A deep curiosity for how businesses adopt AI and how it can transform industries. Experience or strong understanding of full-stack development (e.g., Python, React), with experience working in Python-focused web development frameworks like FastAPI or Flask. Deep understanding of programming in javascript and python. Must know how to design responsive webpages in html and css, tailwind etc. Knowledge of SQL and postgres is preferred. Someone who is a tinkerer and builder at heart, and has built personal projects which incorporate AI before A proactive, self-starting mindset — you figure things out and ask sharp questions. Clear written communication and an eye for detail in code. Strong sense of ownership — you care about outcomes, not just tasks. Available to work full-time for the full 6-month duration. We act as their virtual AI partner to develop solutions end-to-end or integrate AI-powered modules into existing products. Our work spans internal tools, consumer-facing products, and specialized AI integrations. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to work closely with our AI team and the client’s engineering team. You will integrate our developed AI module into multiple client software systems (including their facility management system). This is a high-paced, independent role where you’ll switch between projects, own your deliverables, and collaborate directly with stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable taking full ownership of their work. Key Responsibilities Integrate AI modules with existing client software systems. Work independently to design, build, and deploy robust front-end and back-end features. Implement secure and efficient APIs, CRUD operations, authentication, and session management. Handle DevOps tasks including containerization, CI/CD, and cloud deployments. Monitor logs and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and client teams in daily meetings. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Mathematics (applications without this qualification will not be considered). Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer. Strong fluency in English with excellent conversational skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Required Technical Skills Frontend: Next.js, HTML, Tailwind CSS Backend: Python (FastAPI) or Node.js Strong expertise in API development , CRUD, authentication, and session management. DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, cloud hosting, log monitoring & error tracking. Good to have: Experience working with LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and Vector DBs.
