This role will directly report to the Director of Engineering. As a Python Developer at Synkrama Technologies, your responsibilities will include writing efficient, reusable, and scalable code. You will need to comprehend and implement business requirements, transform them into software components, and integrate user-centric elements into various applications and data storage solutions. Developing backend components to optimize performance, server-side logic, statistical learning models, and highly responsive web applications will be essential. Designing and implementing high availability, low latency applications, data security features, and performance tuning are also part of the role. Testing and debugging software applications using Python test framework tools like Behave, Pytest, and PyUnit will be crucial. Additionally, you will enhance existing software systems, devise digital tools for online traffic monitoring, work with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, and create predictive models for AI and ML-based features. Staying updated with the latest technologies and trends, fine-tuning AI/ML algorithms based on outcomes, and collaborating effectively with the team are key aspects of this position.
