Join our Finance Team and advance your career as a Billing Specialist Role Purpose The Billing Specialist implements standard, difficult and customized billing programs that are consistent with marketing and sales offers and customer contractual agreements. This role provides direct customer contact, define customer invoice requirements and resolve disputes. You are expected to support the invoicing process, customer credit integrity testing, customer portal monitoring, and invoicing and delivery of document scanning. Ensures quality of work and that industry guideline and requirements are met. Major Responsibilities This is an operational role within Fibre services to Plan, Design and As built the Fibre assets in GIS tools PNI Magik version 5.2.10. that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes Proactively work with internal and external stakeholders to identify the project scope gaps and prepare a plan for the system update in PNI and PRM. Plan, organize, and monitor the overall program objectives for the department. Utilize KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of teams to ensure all deliverables are completed efficiently and as scheduled. Responsible for communicating process updates through regular team meetings Design outside plant network infrastructure which is costeffective, fitforpurpose, and futureproof for Backhaul network and Enterprise customers and Cumolo report. Leading all Outside plant design activities and providing technical expertise on all aspects of fibre design and planning Manage internal and thirdparty teams to produce highquality designs of FTTX, and B2B networks for underground and aerial networks Continued driving of improvement in costs, timescales, and quality To produce detailed industrystandard documentation of the design and Asbuilt and update on Inventory Management Systems Aware of the Strategy team Architecture to be followed and maintained in GIS Applications Design of the telecommunications industry and its practices standards regarding the fibre construction costs to build an optical network Must have skills in defining, evaluating, solving, and presenting alternatives to complex engineering problems and in applying engineering and economic principles while conducting studies and surveys to analyze a technical system or design Drive the SOW and provide the updates on weekly basis, also identify the RCA and arrest the data integrity issues. Produces reports on quality assurance and projects for internal and client governance Proposes, documents maintains and implements continual process improvements which lead to benefits for the client and TCTS Assesses internal training needs and identifies training opportunities to ensure effective performance Personal Qualities Analytical Thinking Exceptional ability to analyze data and implement in Magik version 5.2.10. RCA Results focused Ability to organize and manage multiple, and at time competing priorities Communication Skills Demonstrate communication skills necessary to interpret policies in situations requiring persuasion and prepare and present presentations, Relationship building skills ability to work within a crossfunctional team Presentation Skills Ability to prepare and logically present data to the client and internal leadership teams Qualifications 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Telecommunications Engineering with over 5 years of experience as a GIS PNI Expertise.
