Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads and daily staffing requisitions for IT staff augmentation. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat and incremental business. Manage Tier-1 vendors and prime supplier relationships, ensuring consistent pipeline flow. Leverage active leads to create new opportunities and drive daily submissions. Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to meet client requirements efficiently. Track, report, and forecast business development activities and client engagement progress. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business development, client partner, or account management within IT staffing. Proven success in Tier-1 vendor/prime vendor management . Ability to generate new client requisitions on a daily basis. Strong business communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills . Self-driven with a target-oriented approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Direct client account management experience.
