  to enhance network efficiency.
• Manage and optimize

  Cisco switching, routing, and wireless

  environments.
• Deploy and support

  wireless network solutions

  ensuring seamless connectivity.
• Optimize

  WAN performance

  through effective use of WAN optimizers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network design with business objectives.
  
• Conduct

  network health assessments

  and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and enforce

  network security best practices

  to ensure data protection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve

  complex network incidents

  with minimal downtime.
• Create and maintain detailed

  network documentation

  and architecture diagrams.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  
• Stay updated on

  emerging technologies

  (e.g., SDN, automation, Zero Trust, cloud networking).

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong expertise in

  Arista and Cisco switching/routing

  .
• Proven hands-on experience with

  Load Balancing, Wireless, and WAN Optimization

  technologies.
• In-depth understanding of

  VXLAN, BGP, EVPN, and Firewall concepts

  .
• Relevant certifications such as

  CCNP / CCIE / Arista Certified Engineer

  preferred.
• Excellent

  troubleshooting and problem-solving

  abilities.
• Strong

  communication and collaboration

  skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to handle

  multiple projects and priorities

  efficiently.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related field

• Experience in

  IT Services & Consulting or Software Product

  industries preferred.
