This role will be responsible for providing first-level support across Hyperconverged and Backup technologies including vMware, vSAN, PPDM, Networker, Avamar, and Data Domain (DD) . The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, a passion for learning, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Provide L1 support for hyperconverged infrastructure and backup systems. Monitor system alerts, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate issues as required. Handle service requests and incidents within defined SLA timelines. Collaborate with L2/L3 teams and vendors to resolve technical issues. Use Unix/Linux basic commands for troubleshooting. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and procedures. Participate in 24x7x365 shift coverage , including night and weekend shifts. Support service delivery to meet customer contracts and expectations. Track and report performance metrics, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
