Roles and Responsibilities : Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure using Genesys Cloud. Troubleshoot issues with voice networking systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed. Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat channels. Job Requirements : 5-13 years of experience in a similar role within the IT Infra industry. Strong knowledge of Genesys cloud and Contact Center Experience with voice networking technologies such as VoIP, SIP, H.323 protocols etc.

Work Experience: 7 to 15 years Certifications: ITIL and Cisco Voice related certification Significant exposure/familiarity with the following: People Management and Operations Management Presentation skills for delivery operations Customer handling and escalation handling Multiple teams, technologies and customer’s support Must have collaboration products hands-on experience on technical side: Like - Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Voice Gateways/CUBE, Expressways and MRA, IM and Presence, Jabber Basic knowledge of Routers, Switches, UCS, vCenter, Data Center operations etc. Required Skills Manage customers and operations as per agreed SLAs Track monthly billing status and ensure to receive timely approvals from customers Knowledge of IT operations including Audits, Risk and Compliance etc. Intermediate level of experience in handling Cisco IP Telephony Network Infrastructure. Good knowledge of call routing and media resources. Good understanding of voice protocols and signaling: H323, SIP (mandatory), MGCP, SCCP Basics knowledge on key networking concepts- RTP/RTCP, DNS, LDAP, DHCP, NTP, TCP/UDP, Basic knowledge of Unified Communication Licensing and certificates. Must possess solid communication skills: Build client relations (e.g., establish productive and reciprocal relationships with ROS Team, Customers, Partners, and other stakeholders) Professional & concise (written & verbal) Self-Motivated: Perform daily, monthly and quarterly activities with limited supervision Provides guidance and mentoring to first level reporting managers and teams
