The role involves visiting different locations for IT-related troubleshooting and system support. This includes installing and configuring Desktop and Laptop systems at Personal Loan locations, as well as maintaining existing systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, creating and configuring email IDs, and managing system stock details at various locations. Additionally, the role includes software installation and support, DLP & Antivirus installations, and providing support for CCTV installation and monitoring. You will also be required to coordinate with hardware and network vendors. The ideal candidate should have a Graduate degree in Computer Application or IT.
