As a Networking I NOC (Network Operations Center) professional, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end lifecycle management of our customers" network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, change management, problem management, as well as installs/decommissioning. You will be tasked with analyzing and resolving issues related to network devices such as routers, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and LAN/WAN connections. Your primary duties will involve responding to alerts and incidents regarding network issues, conducting remote testing to validate alerts, and guiding customers through initial troubleshooting to isolate network problems. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting issues, initiating trouble tickets with vendors, and coordinating communication updates with customers and vendors according to SLAs. Furthermore, you will collaborate with field engineers and vendors to resolve hardware, configuration, and software issues during site visits. You will escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support, provide implementation support for change management activities, and offer analytical assistance for problem management tasks. Proficiency in networking concepts like TCP/IP, TCP dump, network management, and troubleshooting network problems will be essential for this role. To qualify for this position, you should have 1-3+ years of technical experience in corporate IT operations, knowledge of Routing & Switching, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Internet Service Providers, network cabling, classification, and topology, as well as professional training and certification in data networking from leading vendors such as Aruba, Arista, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Meraki, Checkpoint, or Palo Alto, will be advantageous. Strong writing skills for documentation purposes are also required to excel in this role.,
