Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and certified Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and managing the local and wide area networks of our organization to ensure maximum uptime for users. You should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with networking hardware/software, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and support networking equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP. Document network problems and resolutions for future reference. Ensure network security and connectivity best practices are followed. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE), Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), or BSc IT or equivalent. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ACE-A, JNCIA, ADCNS, ASTA, ACSS or equivalent are mandatory. Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and services (e.g., DNS, DHCP). Preferred Skills: Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark). Familiarity with firewall administration, VPN technologies, and cybersecurity principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation abilities.
