Network Support Engineers

You are looking for 3-4 Network & Security Engineers L2 (Skilled Required) with 2-5 years of experience. As a Network & Security Engineer L2, your responsibilities will include testing for network vulnerabilities, evaluating, testing, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving information security issues, preparing reports, writing comprehensive reports, producing documentation related to server and security infrastructure, creating network security policies, and configuring and managing enterprise firewalls and gateway devices. You should have communication skills to effectively communicate network security issues to peers and clients. Problem-solving skills are essential to solve customer problems in heterogeneous environments. Additionally, you should be able to research, escalate, and resolve issues effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sophos, Fortinet, and other tools, as well as knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts, application firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and proficiency in Linux and Windows systems.
