Job Purpose: We are seeking a Smart Hands & Network Installer for a 12–15 day short-term contract at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, India . The role involves assisting in the installation, configuration, and testing of network devices and structured cabling, while supporting remote engineers with smart hands activities. Key Responsibilities: Install, rack, stack, and patch network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, access points). Perform structured cabling tasks (CAT6/Fiber installation, termination, labeling). Provide Smart Hands support (cable tracing, module replacement, device rebooting, visual checks). Assist remote engineers in configuration and testing. Document work performed with photos, checklists, and reports. Follow health, safety, and quality guidelines on-site. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in IT/network installation or field services. Basic knowledge of networking (IP addressing, VLANs, connectivity). Experience in cabling and hardware installation. Ability to work independently under remote supervision. Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal). Available for the full 12–15 day project duration at GIFT City.
