You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and mentorship to Regional NOC Team Leads and L1/L2 Engineers to ensure adherence to SLAs and efficient resolution of tickets. Collaborating with customers and stakeholders will be essential to troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues effectively. You will work closely with Network Planning and cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades and meet evolving performance and functional requirements. Taking ownership of special projects, such as new hardware/software evaluations and large-scale deployments, from inception to completion will be a key part of your role. Identifying automation opportunities and driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency will also be crucial. Proactively ensuring network stability by identifying root causes of P1/P2 incidents and implementing short- and long-term remediation plans will be essential. Building strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and engineers to support seamless NOC operations will be a priority. You will oversee and review the work of junior engineers to ensure adherence to procedures and proper implementation of network changes. Developing and implementing new tools, strategies, and processes to support NOC standard operating procedures will also be part of your responsibilities. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the network environment in terms of stability, security, scalability, and efficiency will be vital. Communicating network performance and service availability updates to Management and other stakeholders will be necessary. Collaborating with Regional NOC Team Leads to assess teams" technical capabilities and plan appropriate training and development activities will be an important aspect of your role. Mentoring the team on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and performance improvement areas will be expected. Planning and supporting long-term network infrastructure goals to ensure alignment with business needs and future scalability will also be a key responsibility. Preferred/Required certifications include ITIL Certification (latest version), VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Advanced Professional, Microsoft Certifications (MCSA / MCSE / MCITP), Cisco Certification (CCNA Security or higher), Firewall Certifications (FortiGate / Palo Alto, e.g., PCNSA, PCNSE), and Linux Certification (RHCE or equivalent).,
