Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.- Experience with network configuration management tools.- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for network issues.- Ability to analyze and interpret network performance data. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
