Network Security Lead

The role of a Cyber Security Analyst at our organization is crucial in enhancing the security posture and protecting sensitive information. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing, identifying, rectifying, and recommending specific improvement measures to achieve these goals. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will ensure customer centricity by providing appropriate cybersecurity solutions, monitoring and safeguarding log sources and security access, and planning for disaster recovery in the event of security breaches. You will be responsible for monitoring attacks, intrusions, and any unauthorized or illegal activity while conducting detailed log reviews and forensic analysis. Your role will also involve conducting security assessments, risk analysis, root cause analysis of security incidents, and handling escalated incidents in 24x7 rotational shifts. Using advanced analytics tools, you will identify emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities, complete tactical security operations tasks, and analyze all attacks to provide remedial attack analysis. Additionally, you will be required to create reports, dashboards, and maintain an information security risk register. Collaboration with stakeholders on cyber security issues, providing recommendations, and assisting with internal and external audits related to information security are essential aspects of this role. You will also contribute to the creation, maintenance, and delivery of cyber security awareness training for colleagues and offer guidance on issues such as spam and malicious emails. In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate customer centricity by providing timely security breach solutions to end-users, internal stakeholders, and external customers. Adherence to SLAs, response time, and resolution time TAT are crucial performance parameters that you will be evaluated on.
