Job Description

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Forcepoint security solutions.
Configure, monitor, and maintain Forcepoint security products as per customer requirements.
Troubleshoot firewall, network security, web security, and related connectivity issues.
Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions.
Handle customer support tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate ticket updates, troubleshooting records, and technical documentation.
Assist with security policy configuration, rule management, and routine maintenance activities.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when required.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Network Security / Network Administration.

Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.

Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership to the team and Team management.

Comfortable working in a customer-facing technical environment.

Any Forcepoint related certification is added advantage

CCNA certification is mandatory.

Experience with Sophos/WatchGuard security solutions is added advantage.
