Network Security Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Network Security Engineer to operate, enhance, and support enterprise network segmentation and access-control solutions, with a focus on secure and reliable manufacturing/OT environments.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and enhance network segmentation and access-control platforms .
• Develop and maintain NAC and group-based security policies .
• Troubleshoot complex Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity and policy issues.
• Configure and support SGT, TrustSec, ISE, or equivalent technologies .
• Analyze network traffic and optimize segmentation policies.
• Support onboarding of new OT/manufacturing equipment .
• Partner with Network, Cybersecurity, and OT/site engineering teams.
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in Network Engineering or Network Operations.
• At least 2 years of Network Security, NAC, segmentation, or policy-enforcement experience.
• Strong knowledge of Routing, Switching, VLANs, ACLs, and L2/L3 troubleshooting .
• Hands-on experience with NAC/ISE, network segmentation, or similar platforms .
• Experience with packet capture and traffic-flow analysis.
• OT/ICS or manufacturing network exposure strongly preferred .
• Cisco networking/security experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• CCNA/CCNP, ISC2, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 certifications are a plus.
