Role Purpose In this role, your primary responsibility is to analyze, identify, rectify, and suggest specific improvement measures to enhance the security posture of the organization by safeguarding sensitive information. Key Responsibilities - Ensure customer centricity by providing appropriate cybersecurity solutions - Monitor and secure log sources and manage security access - Develop disaster recovery plans in case of security breaches - Monitor for attacks, intrusions, and unusual or unauthorized activity - Conduct log reviews and forensic analysis to detect unauthorized access or data breaches - Perform security assessments, risk analysis, and root cause analysis of security incidents - Manage incidents escalated by the L1 team in 24x7 rotational shifts - Utilize advanced analytics tools to identify emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities - Complete all tactical security operations tasks related to the engagement - Analyze attacks and provide remedial attack analysis - Conduct detailed incident analysis and generate reports and dashboards - Coordinate with stakeholders and assist with audits related to cybersecurity - Maintain an information security risk register and support internal and external audits - Assist in creating, maintaining, and delivering cybersecurity awareness training for colleagues - Offer advice and guidance to employees on issues such as spam and malicious emails Performance Parameters Performance Parameter | Measure --- | --- Customer Centricity | Timely resolution of security breaches for end-users, internal stakeholders, and external customers Process Adherence | Adherence to SLAs (90-95%), response time, and resolution time TAT Mandatory Skills: Palo Alto Networks - Firewalls Experience: 5-8 Years Join Wipro to be a part of a modern digital transformation partner that encourages reinvention and constant evolution.
