As an HR Specialist at Rapid Consulting Services, you will need to have 5-10 years of procurement/materials/engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, along with global working experience. You should be comfortable balancing future-focused design with day-to-day operational requirements and continuously strive for excellence. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include partnering with recruitment teams and external resources to generate leads and source candidates across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, staying informed about market trends and technologies, and embodying the company's core values in all interactions. Your role will involve identifying and implementing sourcing approaches to attract quality talent, creating non-traditional sourcing methods, and managing sourcing events to maintain a pipeline of passive job seekers. In this position, you will independently decide on the best channels to source candidates, engage with potential candidates from diverse backgrounds, and establish and maintain effective sourcing relationships. You will manage candidate relationship databases, referral sources, and provide critical support to the Talent Acquisition teams. Additionally, you may be assigned various recruitment activities by the Talent Acquisition Manager, and you should be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
