Job Role Manages the end-to-end lifecycle or only the implementation phases of complex projects as part of PM services team portfolio (P.Q), having impact in the network platforms: feasibility study, coordination of design and development, testing, acceptance with transition to operations. Demonstrates expertise in upholding high-quality standards for project management deliverables (QoS), in alignment with the NSE end-to-end delivery framework and the priorities set by our VOIS customers: Establishes and maintains project organization and governance in collaboration with the Market Delivery Manager (MDM) and other NSE stakeholders. Defines and regularly updates the project plan, ensuring alignment with peer-led program timelines where applicable. Core competencies, knowledge and experience: Types of projects handled: Multi-network domain, cross-market, and complex projects. Experience with Project management activities in telecommunications (preferable +3 years in the networks domain) Customer/Stakeholder Engagement Level: Interacts with Senior stakeholders across markets and broader DMaaS Community. Leadership behaviours: Mentors peer and drives the team productivity. Has a proactive approach and the ability to work within virtual teams, across different organizations and countries Communication and presentation: Fluent English and very good written and spoken skills Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Leads improvement initiatives within the team.
