Key Responsibilities: • Monitor network devices, links, and services using NMS (Network Monitoring Systems). • Respond to alerts, incidents, and tickets. • Perform initial troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Required Candidate profile Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Subnetting). • Familiar with switches, routers, and firewalls. • Knowledge of monitoring tools • Certifications: CCNA (or equivalent) preferred.
