Network Management L2 Wireless & Routing Switching

As an experienced Network Administrator with over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the configuration and maintenance of production network hardware/software, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and Wi-Fi access points. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing device configuration and backup management - Performing WLAN tuning and firmware upgrades - Handling Cisco Catalyst switches, ASR/ISR routers - Implementing routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP - Working with MPLS, QoS, Multicasting, and IP schema - Providing network performance, availability, and capacity reporting You will also be required to: - Perform incident, problem, change, and access management to ensure uptime, patching, and performance monitoring - Handle Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers, Cisco Prime, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues - Maintain software versions, firmware, certificates, and backups across devices - Conduct periodic audits, risk analysis, RCA preparation, and ensure continual service improvement - Manage a team and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for smooth network operations - Create and maintain network documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech/BE or equivalent; Masters in IT preferred - Certifications: CCNP Enterprise / CCNA-Wireless / CCNP-Wireless preferred Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a working knowledge of Cisco ISE and Mobility Service Engine (MSE). The job may also involve 24x7 support environment with on-call availability for major changes. Strong analytical and documentation skills, as well as hands-on experience with Cisco tools and ticketing systems, are essential for this position.,
