Role Overview: As the OSS Technical Delivery Manager at TCS, your role involves setting up and managing multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for ensuring that project benefits and outcomes are defined and delivered while effectively controlling scope, dependencies, risks, and issues. Your key focus will be on enabling projects to be delivered on time, within budget, and with quality. You will also be managing a matrix of teams across the business and working closely with key stakeholders such as business representatives, technical architects, domain SMEs, and operational/business teams supporting the projects. Your responsibilities include creating effective project plans, monitoring progress to ensure project milestones are met, managing change requests, handling day-to-day operational aspects of the project, identifying blockers, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring good problem-solving. Additionally, you will report regularly to management on project progress through an effective Steering Group and close the project by evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for future projects. Key Responsibilities: - Strong technical delivery & system integration experience, preferably in Telecom OSS/Network domain - Strong 3rd party vendor management skills with Telecom product vendors like Nokia, Ciena, Cisco, Vmware, etc., as well as IT service providers like TCS, TechM, WIPRO Ricoh, NCC, Bell, etc. - Experience in network infrastructure upgrade, replatforming, transformation, migration, connectivity setup, and end-to-end alarm management - Ability to gather requirements, progress through design development with required clarification, and troubleshoot effectively - Strong communication skills - Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and hold suppliers/vendors accountable - Ability to deal with ambiguity in the workplace - Possess a formal Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, PMP) Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of total IT experience - Strong technical delivery & system integration experience, preferably in Telecom OSS/Network domain - Strong communication skills - Formal Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, PMP) Role Overview: As the OSS Technical Delivery Manager at TCS, your role involves setting up and managing multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously.
