Collaboration with internal development teams to investigate and resolve bugs and issues is also a critical responsibility. You should work closely with cross-functional teams such as Application Support, DevOps, and Development to provide seamless integration and troubleshooting support. As the primary escalation point for critical incidents, your role will involve ensuring fast response times and providing comprehensive solutions. You will support application-related issues and may be required to participate in the development or testing of fixes and patches. Documenting issues, resolutions, and best practices will be essential for improving future troubleshooting efforts. It is important to keep track of and manage issues through the ticketing system to ensure that SLAs are met consistently. In terms of key skills, you must possess strong expertise in SQL Queries and have proven experience in troubleshooting complex database issues in a production environment. A good knowledge of Network Logs, Console Errors, and Error Log verification in the browser is crucial. Familiarity with Application Insights to check logs and troubleshoot issues is also beneficial. Experience with DotNet Core is highly desirable for debugging code and fixing bugs. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. A solid understanding of application support processes and tools is required, along with experience in handling high-priority incidents and managing critical support cases.,
