What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications: - Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Management Science or related field. - 2-4 years of business experience. - At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Optimization. - Proficiency in mathematical modeling and optimization techniques, including linear programming, integer programming, network flow, simulation, and heuristic algorithms. - Strong programming skills in languages like Python, experience in optimization libraries (e.g., Gurobi, FICO), and data manipulation tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy). - Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization tools like SQL, Streamlit. - Hands-on Python programmer with a strong understanding of OOPs. - Knowledge of supply chain concepts like demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, transportation logistics, and distribution networks.
