Job Overview: As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our network infrastructure with a strong emphasis on Aruba networking technologies. Your role will involve maintaining network stability, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless connectivity across all devices and platforms. You will work closely with other IT professionals to support our growing network demands. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage Aruba network solutions, including switching, wireless, and mobility controllers. Configure and maintain Aruba Switching, including Virtual Switching Framework (VSF) and Virtual Switching Extension (VSX). Oversee Aruba wireless network environments, ensuring optimal performance and security. Implement and manage Aruba Mobility Controllers for secure and efficient network access. Utilize Aruba Central for centralized network management and monitoring. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. Conduct network performance analysis and optimization to ensure efficient operation. Collaborate with the security team to enforce network security policies and procedures. Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures. Stay current with the latest Aruba technologies and industry trends to ensure our network infrastructure remains cutting-edge. Provide technical support and training to end customers. Participate in network-related projects and contribute to the planning and execution of network upgrades and expansions. Qualifications: Any Graduate or having a strong experience in a related field Preferred Skills: Proven experience as a Network Engineer (Implementation) with a strong focus on Aruba networking technologies. Expertise in configuring and managing Aruba solutions is plus Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching. Familiarity with network security best practices and technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications such as Aruba Certified Switching Professional (ACSP), Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), or similar are highly desirable.
