Job Description

LEAD: Network

Proven Network technical knowledge: routing, switching, network protocols, cloud computing
Experience working in large network environments (financial industry a plus)
Good understanding of F5 technologies
2-3 years' experience managing and leading technical resources / teams
Strong ITIL Knowledge
Performance management experience
Experience using network monitoring tools (example: Thousand Eyes, Entuity, BigPanda, Dyanatrace)
Excellent communication skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Strong problem management skills
Independent thinker, able to make decisions in stressful situations

Coaching and mentoring staff
