1. Resolve complex network issues escalated from Tier 1/Tier 2
2. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents
3. Design and implement network changes, configurations, and upgrades
4. Lead bridge calls for P1 incidents and coordinate with vendors
5. Develop and maintain runbooks, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation
6. Mentor Tier 1/Tier 2 engineers and conduct technical training sessions
7. Participate in client onboarding and technical discovery
8. Implement automation scripts for repetitive tasks
9. Perform capacity planning and performance optimization
