Network Engineer Lead Load Balancer Location: Bangalore Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer Lead with expertise in Load Balancers, SD-WAN, Wireless, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of network infrastructure, including Load Balancers, SD-WAN, Wireless, Routing, and Switching. Manage firewalls, network security policies, and access controls to ensure a secure network environment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing high-level support and escalation management . Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations and business continuity. Monitor network performance and optimize configurations for improved reliability and efficiency . Conduct capacity planning, network audits, and provide recommendations for scalability and performance improvements . Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering and architecture . Strong expertise in Load Balancers (F5, Citrix ADC, or equivalent). Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, VMware SD-WAN, or equivalent). Proficiency in Wireless Networking (Cisco, Aruba, or similar). Deep knowledge of Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and Switching (VLAN, STP, EtherChannel, etc.) . Experience with Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a complex enterprise network environment . Experience in network automation (Python, Ansible) is a plus. Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) . Knowledge of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark, etc.). Experience in Zero Trust Network Architecture . Employment Type: Full-time
