Job Title: Network Engineer Fresher (20242025 Passouts) | 40 Vacancies | US-Based MNC Data Center Company: Hiring for a US-Based Global MNC operating one of the largest enterprise-grade data centers in Pune & Bengaluru Job Locations : Pune , Bengaluru Mode : Full-Time | On-site Type : Fresher Opportunity (Immediate Joining / After Final Semester) Total Openings: 40 Network Engineer Positions Eligibility Criteria: Education : BCA / BSc IT / BTech (CSE, ECE, IT) Passing Year : 2024 or 2025 Minimum Academic Requirement : 6.5 CGPA or equivalent Must be passionate about Networking, Data Centers, or IT Infrastructure Job Role & Responsibilities: Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise-level network infrastructure Work with routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring tools Collaborate with global teams to implement network changes Document configurations, incidents, and processes Gain hands-on experience equivalent to CCNA/CCNP industry standards Desired Skills: Understanding of IP addressing, OSI model, routing/switching basics Familiarity with Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, or Wireshark Good communication and team collaboration skills Eagerness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts (including night shifts) A learning mindset ready to grow into mid-level engineer roles Preferred (Not Mandatory): CCNA / Networking Certification (in progress or completed) Internship or academic project in Networking / IT Knowledge of Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) Selection Process: Resume Screening Online Test Basic Networking Concepts Technical + HR Interview Offer & Onboarding How to Apply: Send your Resume + Graduation Year + Current CGPA to: Samiksha@networkershome.com
